Viral and bacterial agents infect most species of cultured fish -- a fact that, amid environmental changes, becomes ever more salient. With an emphasis on the host-pathogen-environment relationship, this book examines the important aspects of infectious diseases in cultured fish and explores approaches to management that can reduce the effects of disease in aquaculture.
